All Sales Are Final

DataNest sells digital products (programming course materials, source code, and project files) that are delivered instantly via secure download link after purchase. Due to the nature of digital goods with immediate access, all sales are considered final and non-refundable.

Technical Exceptions

We may issue a refund only in cases of confirmed technical failure on our side, including:

• Broken or non-functional download links that cannot be resolved by our support team
• Corrupted or incomplete files that cannot be replaced

In such cases, we will first attempt to resolve the issue by providing a new download link or replacement files. A refund will only be processed if the technical issue cannot be resolved.
